Year 5 'make a difference' and 'Be a Scientist for NASA'

Year 5 had a busy week during the last week of term when they put in a great effort collecting food and delivering to the local food bank. The children learnt about the importance of food banks and how they are needed in today's world.

The children also had a great day experiencing life as a NASA scientist. The day included learning about the moon's surface making a moon rover, launching a rocket and cracking a code!
